A Sweet Morning Kiss

Isn’t it an amazing feeling when you’re awakened every morning by a soft touch of small gentle lips on your cheek?

And when you open your eyes, you see an angelic face with a very warm smile?

Thanks to my precious little darling.

He has made my mornings incredibly beautiful.

The party was enjoyable but the place was dim and the prepared food wasn’t enough for the voracious eaters.
The band was, however, a consolation as they added fun to the party.

*** Zyle turns 2 ***

Zyle’s birthday celebration was held on Nov. 15 at our place in LABM.

We rented a “Ball Bounce”, an inflatable play park, from Ballooney Shoppe worth P2500 for 3 hours plus a delivery charge of P500.

The kids really had so much fun bouncing and playing in it.

Art activities were given to prevent the play area from overcrowding.

The beautifully-colored drawings were given prizes.

Also, there were a few parlor games.

We paid P300 for a single seater which was good for 8 lapses.
The use of helmet is already included plus a balaclava (the cloth we put on our head) which we took home.

Ruby, Febbie, Joy, Elaine, and I were first timers of this dangerous sport.
I really was nervous before I stepped in the zone because I might get into trouble.
But when I was already moving, I really enjoyed the thrill.
I was conscious of the 8 lapses so I didn’t drive fast because I don't want to end early.
But, I think I had more than 8 lapses. 9 or 10, I think!
The other riders even had more!
If I just had known earlier, I would have gone super fast!

I just hope there'll be a next time.

*** My Family @ Kan Irag Nature Park on 10.11.09 ***

The Kan-irag Nature Park is a newly opened watershed and nature park in the uplands of Cebu City. It was once a bald mountain, but due to reforestation with native trees, the area became a functioning watershed. It is home to about 27 native bird species, such as the Emerald dove, Asian Glossy Starling, the Collared Kingfisher, the Black-naped Oriole, and the Olive-backed Sunbird. The park's size is 71 hectares. – Wikipedia-

It took us (Zyle, Jurein, and I) almost 4 hours to complete the trail including the picnic.

I love the place. It’s peaceful and refreshing.

Kudos to Zyle for walking along with us for about 90% of the trail!

I had muscle pains the next day. I bet Zyle had, too.
